Getting to Know InfoPanels Explorer

Further, it shows what type of presentation to choose and how to save the new presentation.
Creating a Display
The video provides instructions on creating a new display, selecting its type and assigning a conference room, on saving the display and checking its configuration.
Display Configuration
The video shows how to choose a proper layout (or layouts) for the created display, how to change the selected layout, how to induce recurrence of the layout or restrict the validity of display, how to determine other additional settings and how to activate the display (define automated switching on and off). The animation also shows how to set direction arrows and how to configure the playlist of the individual layouts.
Event Configuration
This animation provides instructions on creating a new event with the possibility to set the time of the beginning and end, whether or not it will be repeated and in what intervals. It also shows how to assign conference rooms to the events where they will take place.
Configuring Events Using Conference Rooms
This video shows how to create events directly in the individual conference rooms, how to change the events in the calendar of the particular conference room and how to work with the calendar.
